 I, Ms. H. N. Chamari Dilrukshi Bandara has been running a Beauty Culture Salon named ‘Charming Salon’ at 69/1, hospital Road Bandarawela.

I studied at Maliththa Vidyalaya Bandarawela, did my higher studies at Vishaka girls school in Bandarawela. In 1998 I joined with Mrs. Manel kottuwegoda who is famous beauty culturist and followed the course “Beauty Culture” and got my diploma. My skills were heightened at Ambegoda Technical college, I successfully completed a course NVQ Level 4 and was awarded a certificate.
